Life is a journey of self-discovery, full of a lot of highs and lows, mistakes, failures, triumphs, and life-long relationships. On this journey I was lucky enough to find the power of mentorship and human connection through coaching.
Dylan and I are both very passionate, energetic, a little bit fiery and a lotta bit fearlessly authentic people. We view coaching as our vessel to impact, inspire and empower those around us. Through compassion, connection, and culture, we believe we can bridge the gap between the people we’ve been to the people we want to be. The people we were destined to be. James Island Fit Body Bootcamp is a culmination of high intensity interval workouts, spin classes and power & flow mat classes varying from 30 minutes, 45 minutes or hour long sessions. In a saturated industry, our goal is to be a one stop shop for all your workout needs and goals!
